This is good insight on methods of thought. One of the things I have been stressing is having competive prices and I have given up a lot of oppourtunity to which I am bringing better prices to my store, but I have been lost in the mix on seo and ranking in the search engines. Although I get like 3-12 visits a day, a product like security cameras, are best bought from referals and unqiue marketing. But I think you are right about not relying totally on seo and search engine rankings for good business and visibility.
