Bazaarblog’s Interview With Shannon Glass About Product Reviews
Just caught this great interview on Bazaarblog about product reviews on Limited Brand’s websites which include Bath and Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, C.O. Bigelow, Henri Bendel, La Senza, and The White Barn Candle Co. The interview was conducted with Shannon Glass, Director of Internet Operations, for Limited Brands. Limited Brands uses GSI Commerce to power their shopping cart, but choose to go with Bazaarvoice for their site product reviews rather than the standard GSI review platform.

I have heard some terrific things about Bazaar products since their launch. They have done a wonderful job of creating one of the best product rating and review systems on the market. I am glad to see them partnering with major brands like Limited and their subsidiaries, it will help push their product into the hands of the top industry retails.
